unt Units

This is a set of units i found scattered around the web; they all have the "unt" prefix in their name so I refer to them as the unt units;

3. untNTCompress.pas

6. untUtils.pas

I also included the Delphi side of apLib in a well organized structure, as it is used by untaPlib.
